White Crane workshop 21-22 May 2022

Paul Fretter will run a White Crane workshop on the weekend 21-22 May 2022, covering Forms and partner training exercises. This workshop is non-residential, and will consist of Basic exercises and Forms, Introduction to the walking stick Form (bring a walking stick, or a curved handle umbrella), Partner exercises and Applications of movements from the Forms and Sensitivity drills.

Wacton Village is located off the A140, 13 miles south west of Norwich, 13 miles north east of Diss and about one mile south-west of Long Stratton. The hall, which is a large building finished in black-stained weatherboard, is located on the main road through the village on Hall Lane and opposite house numbers 12 - 16. The post code is NR15 2UH Some sat navs will show the road as a continuation of Stratton Road.
