White Crane Classes

For many years the only UK classes of our system were run twice a week in Norwich by Paul Fretter.   However, the 2020 covid outbreak forced the classes online and this created the possibility for a much wider (than Norwich) audience to regularly study and practice.

To introduce more people to the system there are now more beginners classes on offer, delivered by experienced students, and a number of other classes for those with more experience in the system.  Paul has recently opened a (post-covid) face to face training in Norwich (UK), which provides a weekly opportunity to practice the partner drills and develop the martial application of the art.

Below is a schedule of classes.  If you wish to join , please contact the relevant instructor for joining details and costs.
