There are three empty handed solo forms practiced in our system.

 

37 Step 'Short Form'

This Form is learned from the very beginning of practice, and it typically takes 18-24 months to learn the sequence.

Simplified Refnined Form

This Form was created by Master Huang Sheng Shyan, specifically to emphasise a refined and simplfied means of releasing relaxed force.  The movements and patterns are mostly recognisable form the Short Form, but the way of moving is slightly different and it is essential that a student already has a strong foundation in the Short Form before attempting to learn it.

 

108 Step 'Long Form'

This form is taught after the student has a firm grasp of the Short Form and the Simplified Refined Form.
