Registration and Payment

IMPORTANT - to register your place on the camp you must complete Step 1 and Step 2 of this process.  Please scroll down to read the rest of this page.

The total cost for attending the camp is £755, or only £705 if registered early.

Training fee (normal price): £475

Training fee (early registration discount ): £425 **

( Deposit: £100 )

Accommodation & meals: £280

** The early registration discount rate of £425 for the training fee applies only if you are attending the whole camp and a confirmed reservation is received by 28th February 2020.  

 

Either the training fee or a £100 deposit must be paid in advance via PayPal using the links below.  The accommodation and meals are payable separately, either in advance or on arrival at the camp (cash, cheque or bank transfer).

 

Your registration is only confirmed once we have received your registration form and either a £100 deposit or full payment of the training fee.  The final deadline for registrations is 20th March 2020.

 

Cancellation policy: If you cancel more than 4 weeks before the camp starts we will retain a part payment of £50. For later cancellations the full £100 deposit will be retained.

 

To pay your training fee or deposit and register for the camp, please follow Steps 1 and 2 below.

The remaining Steps 3 and 4 (balance and accommodation fee) can be done later.


Step 1. Pay your training fee or deposit via PayPal

The full training fee for the camp is £475, however, there is an early registration discount price of £425 if a confirmed booking is received by 28th February 2020.  At this stage you can choose to pay the the full/discount price, or just a £100 deposit.

PayPal will also accept credit or debit card payments, so you do not need to have a PayPal account yourself.

If you are only attending part time and have already been quoted a price by the organiser by email at info@taiji.org.uk, please pay in full via the Pay Now button below.  Put the amount in the PayPal  "Price per item" box. Then email the payment details to info@taiji.org.uk.


Step 2. Complete the registration form

Your booking cannot be accepted without filling in a registration form (click the green button below) and sending either a £100 deposit or full payment in Step 1 above.  The online registration form will open in a new window.

IMPORTANT - After filling in your details, please make sure you click the blue 'Submit' button at the end of the form otherwise your information will not be saved.

If your form was submitted correctly you will see this message "Thank you, your responses have been recorded", and you will also receive an email containing your responses.

 

A separate registration form must be filled in for each person.  If you have paid above for more than one person in the same payment, please indicate this at the bottom of your application forms.

Step 3. Paying your balance

If you have already paid your deposit and now wish to pay the balance, please use the PayPal "Pay Now button below. The balance should be paid before the start of the camp.  If you previously paid a £100 deposit, and you qualified for the early discount price of £425, then please pay a balance £325.

 

If you booked after the deadline and have already paid a deposit of £100, please pay a balance of £375.

 

Click the Pay Now button below and put the balance in the "Price per item" box.  Then send an email to the organiser (info@taiji.org.uk) with the payment details.


Step 4. Paying for your accommodation & meals

The cost for meals and accommodation at the camp is £280 and can be paid for in advance by bank transfer, or on arrival at the camp.  Payment can be via cash, cheque or bank transfer.
